Walk across Westminster Bridge and the big beautiful building at the foot of the bridge is County Hall. My husband and I traveled with our two 18 year old children so we needed two rooms - a little pricey this time of year (99 pounds per room per night) but the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, fans, heated towel racks and big bathrooms. Both lost income due to self employment, Whitbread have not compensated us despite them knowing they had a serious mouse problem both before & after our stay! Meal was lovely. Great atmosphere.

We can't wait to go back to London and we will stay here again!I am currently staying at this hotel for two nights and have a room on the 2nd floor facing another building so not really an insipring view. What came as a wonderful surprise was that Premier Inn have refunded our booking in full, which was totally unexpected. Our room was quiet & spacious (even with a family of 4 in it) & spotlessly clean. We do hope that you contacted our Guest Relations team on 0333 003 0025 (option 1) so they can take a further look into this for you. Walking across the Thames on the Westminster Bridge at night toward lighted Parliament and Big Ben is a great sight. Lastly the breakfast...best breakfast we've ever had in any hotel! Situated beside the London Eye, just 350 metres from Waterloo Station, Just across the river from Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben the hotel is just a 15-minute walk from Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. We're concerned to hear that this was your experience and is certainly not what we want for our guests at all, we do hope that you're both feeling much better. This south bank area is undergoing much renovation so will probably improve greatly in available restaurants, etc. Perfect for short breaks with rooms from just £35 and a good night's sleep money back guarantee. Pros: friendly staff except for bar man; comfy beds and pillows. We're so sorry to hear that you didn't have a good stay and found access around the hotel wasn't easy, this certainly isn't what we want for any of our guests and the hotel should have accessible entrances, we will speak to the team to make sure these are highlighted to prevent this from happening going forward. A hint about arriving - it's hard to find the County Hall building from Waterloo Station when you first arrive because the station is so big with so many doors and you can't see the London Eye because the buildings are in the way.
